Join me for a two-hour class full of information to know everything about the faja. This is an in deep class tailored to give you all the information you need to know about the faja from the socio-historical perspective to the uses and how to wear it.

We will explore the meaning of the faja in the old Anahuac (Mesoamerican) world and we will understand why women used -and still till today- use fajas on a daily based in indigenous communities in Mx.

This class is open to all but as all my classes is focus in empower women in their female energy and teach them how to take care of their body.
