Join me and a group of women of color for an afternoon of crafts, oil making, self-womb massage and healing. This gathering is open to women of color. And women of all ages are welcome (from menstruation to menopause)

All these teachings are based on Traditional Mexican Medicine and indigenous knowledge of the Anahuac.

This sharing explores the concept of teyolia as one of the main spiritual energies of humans and specifically in the case of women the relationship with our breast. We will learn about Traditional Mexican Medicine and how to take care of our chichis based on indigenous knowledge.

This sharing will be recorded and you will have access for 30 days to it.

Are you ready to learn about Traditional Mexican Medicine, Mexhica philosophy, women’s healing power, and abdominal Sobadas? This is your chance to have two days full of wisdoms sharing and sisterhood.

This is a ceremony open to women who are looking to heal their womb and remove blockages, ancestral memories, traumas, also this will help in you journey of TTC, irregular periods, fibroids, and cysts.

This is an intimate sharing with the womb-brazier and the grandfather fire. A deep connection with yourself and the fire inside you.

It will be open only to 10 women and all will received the womb cleansing with the energy of the fire.

This 3 hours class will give you the basics about La Cuarentena (the first 40 postpartum days) in the Traditional Mexican Medicine perspective. This workshop is open to women who take care of other women (mothers, sisters, tías, doulas, midwives, birth keepers). You don’t need any special background. Only the willing to learn how to properly take care of women during postpartum based on indigenous knowledge of the Anahuac (Mexico).

This class will happen in Santa Ynez Valley, CA.
