Yes. You can have it as soon as 4-5 days post delivery, during la cuarentena, the first two years after delivery, or even if your delivery was 20 or more years ago. There are always benefits and closing cycles.

How soon can I have a Baño Postparto if I had a cesarean?

4-6 weeks after surgery or till your medical provider allows you to have a herbal bath. But you can have belly binding (vendada) right away. Actually it is highly recommended.

What’s the process to book a Baño Postparto (Postpartum Sealing Ceremony)?

Send me an email with your EDD. Pay 50% of the total cost to book the session. Wait till you have your baby to agree on a date for the session. Pay the rest the day of the service.

In person services are done on Tuesdays, Thursdays and occasional weekends (upon request)

Can I have a Postpartum Sealing Ceremony or Postpartum Care at your Office if I had a miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion?

Yes please! You can choose which one will be fit better your needs. I highly encourage women who went through miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion to have at least the Postpartum Care at my Office. This session is very healing and it helps to continue the process of closing a pregnancy cycle to step strong in the following journey ahead.
