Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please understand when you book an appointment, I am holding that time for you and no other clients will be able to schedule during your requested time. This means, if you cancel I may not be able to book that time and lose the income.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $50. I will email you an invoice.
Deposit or Full Payment:
Some appointment require a deposit/full payment. In case you need to reschedule your appointment and you already make a deposit/payment you have 2 months to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule for a second time you will be charge the total amount of the appointment.
Cancelation is only available if you contact me directly. There is a 10% fee for cancelation after deposit is done. If cancelation is done within 24 hours before your appointment I will keep your deposit.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full price for the missed appointment. I will email you an invoice. On the other hand, if there was a deposit made, I will keep the full deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Please plan accordingly and be on time. 5 minutes late is okay.
Exceptions
Please reschedule if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. There is no fee for rescheduling due to illness or true emergency.
